Left Coast Exteriors serves homeowners across Southwest Washington and the greater Portland metro area, with offices in Vancouver and on the Long Beach Peninsula. We're licensed in both Washington and Oregon and cover a broad region from Clark County to the coast.
We're a Vancouver, WA contractor with deep roots in Clark County. Our primary market is Southwest Washington, the communities that make up the greater Vancouver area, including Camas, Battle Ground, Washougal, Ridgefield, and the surrounding county. We know these neighborhoods, we know what the climate does to homes here, and we've built our reputation project by project across Clark County for years.
We're also fully licensed in Oregon (CCB# 217914) and serve the greater Portland metro area, including Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties, with the same crew standards and product lines we use at home. Portland homeowners get a contractor with real accountability: we live where we work, on both sides of the river.
Our second location on the Long Beach Peninsula (Pacific County, WA) extends our reach to the coast. If your home is on the peninsula (Long Beach, Ocean Park, Seaview, or Ilwaco) we can get there. We also serve extended Southwest Washington communities in Cowlitz, Lewis, Skamania, and Wahkiakum counties on a project basis. Our Oregon reach extends into Yamhill, Clatsop, Marion, and Polk counties for homeowners south and west of Portland.
